Because our products contain instantly accessible information and our services include immediate intellectual value, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise below.

This Refund Policy applies to all products and services sold through WorkOffshore.org.

💰 1. General Refund Principles

To protect the integrity of our digital material, coaching, and personalized career services, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except in the extremely limited cases listed below.

You are purchasing information, digital access, guidance, and expertise, not a guaranteed job or employment outcome.

🚫 2. Non-Refundable Products & Services (No Exceptions)

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances for the following:

Digital & Downloadable Products

  • Offshore eBook

  • ProBundle

  • Guides, lists, or any downloadable materials

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, viewed, or opened, it is considered used and is strictly non-refundable.

Consultations & Personalized Work

  • CV rewriting

  • Cover Letter rewriting

  • LinkedIn optimization

  • 1-on-1 video consultations

  • Personalized strategy sessions

  • Any service where time, expertise, or intellectual work has already been provided

Once work has started or a consultation has been booked, no refunds will be issued.

Exclusive Access Items

No refunds for:

  • Any premium or membership-based community

Once access is granted, the product is non-refundable.

Elite Offshore Career Program

Refunds do not apply to the Elite Program under any circumstances.

This includes — but is not limited to:

  • Video calls

  • Hiring support

  • Document preparation

  • Candidate evaluation

This program contains personalized, high-value, non-reversible work, therefore it is strictly non-refundable.

⏳ 3. Time Limits for Refund Requests

Refund requests made after 5 days from purchase will be automatically rejected, regardless of product type or status.

No exceptions.

🧾 4. When Refunds May Be Considered (Rare Cases Only)

A partial or full refund may be considered only if:

  • You purchased a digital product and never accessed, downloaded, viewed, or opened it, AND

  • You submit a written request within 5 days of purchase, AND

  • We confirm through our system logs that the file was not accessed.

If any access or login attempt was recorded, the refund request will be denied.

WorkOffshore.org reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet all criteria above.

🕐 5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (rare):

  • Processing time is up to 30 days

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only

Incomplete requests will not be reviewed.
